Bridge Help has joined the finova Payment and Mortgage Services lender panel.

Bridge Help’s partnership with finova – which supports more than 70 leading lenders, 3,000 mortgage brokers and 200 financial institutions – will enable the lender to further expand the reach of its products and services to brokers.

A market-leader in bespoke short-term loans, Bridge Help’s offering provides finova’s club of Directly Authorised (DA) brokers with a new funding option for clients in England and Wales. Currently, around 3,000 brokers use finova’s broker platform.

Chris Sellars, Chief Executive and General Counsel of Bridge Help, commented: “Joining forces with finova Payment and Mortgage Services was an easy decision given its stature and reputation within the industry, and gives us the opportunity to spread our reach further as we grow the business. We’re fast becoming known as the complex loans specialists because our team’s knowledge in legal, development, and finance means we are capable of completing deals that other lenders are not. It’s an exciting time for the development of the business and I look forward to working with finova’s brokers.”

Melanie Spencer, Head of finova Payment and Mortgage Services, commented: “Our growing lender panel reflects our commitment to provide a product range that meets the diverse set of demands of the current market. We are delighted to have welcomed Bridge Help on board, and to offer borrowers another specialist lending option to navigate the current economic landscape.”

In addition to the finova Payment and Mortgage Services lender panel, Bridge Help also recently joined the Goodman Corporate Finance lending panel which comprises more than 285 funders offering commercial finance for  invoice, asset and property funding.

Lending more than £45million since it was established in 2017, Bridge Help is one of the fastest growing commercial bridging finance companies in the UK and has built a reputation for doing complex deals for investors in land with planning and commercial, semi-commercial and residential (Buy-to-Let) properties.
