Jenny Chu and Melanie Spencer win Elite Woman Award

We are delighted to announce our very own Melanie Spencer, Business Development Director and Jenny Chu, Chief Finance Officer have both been awarded the Mortgage Introducer Elite Women Award

Melanie Spencer, Business Development Director said:

“After spending 20 years in the industry working in different areas of the business and most recently being able to successfully run a mortgage club and moving into technology. As a development director I just want to show women that anything is possible.“

Jenny Chu, Chief Financial Officer said:

“It’s incredibly exciting and humbling to be selected of the Elite Women Awards. Although there’s a lot of diversity increasingly within the industry now it's still very much a male dominated industry so having awards that recognise women in this industry will help to encourage woman to join the industry.“

The Elite Women Awards recognise high-performing women across the sector and strives to inspire more women to embark on a career in financial services.
