Finova has partnered with Leeds Building Society to offer brokers three months of free application submissions to the lender through its AI tool, Agentic Apply.
Finova is also offering all brokers who sign up their first three applications to any lender free during a limited introductory period.
The tool uses data collected during the fact-find to populate lender application portals, reducing repeated data entry.
It covers purchases, remortgages, rate switches, porting and additional borrowing across residential, buy-to-let, let-to-buy and joint borrower sole proprietor cases.
The tool also allows brokers to request decisions in principle from multiple lenders using a single fact-find.
Gareth Richardson, chief executive officer of Finova, said:
“Brokers should be spending their time advising customers and helping them navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives, not repeatedly entering the same information into different systems.
“We launched Agentic Apply to tackle exactly that challenge.
“The response we’ve seen in under a month shows clear demand for this technology.”
Richardson added: “Processing over 1,000 applications in such a short period is a strong start, but this is only the beginning.
“Our partnership with Leeds Building Society, alongside our wider introductory offer, will give more brokers the opportunity to experience the benefits first-hand and see how AI can transform the way they work.”
James O’Reilly, head of intermediary partnerships at Leeds Building Society, said:
“Brokers are central to helping us deliver our purpose of putting homes within reach of more people, so we’re always looking for ways to make it easier and more efficient for them to do business with us.
“We spend a lot of time listening to our intermediary partners about what would make a genuine difference to them.
“That’s why we’re pleased to support Finova as it rolls out Broker Hub and Agentic Apply, giving brokers another option to reduce repetitive administration while keeping them firmly in control of the application.”
O’Reilly added: “As a founding partner, brokers will be able to use Agentic Apply free of charge when submitting Leeds Building Society cases during the introductory period.
