During my time at finova, the business has doubled, and the company now has a global team of over 400 employees.
My role involves spearheading corporate social responsibility as well as diversity and inclusion initiatives such as championing flexible public holidays, more inclusive recruitment and promotion processes, and gender pay-gap reviews. Working closely with the team and colleagues, I am dedicated to ensuring that every finova employee’s voice is heard from the moment they apply for a role in the company.
I have been at finova for five years, progressing at a meteoric rate to Chief Finance Officer. Prior to joining finova, I was a consultant at leading global auditing and financial advisory company.
