Pradeep is Director of Digital at finova. He leads the company's customer engagement solutions and absorption of new technologies such as open banking.

Pradeep founded Burrow, a venture backed mortgage technology company that was acquired by finova in 2018. Prior to that Pradeep was a venture capitalist investing in early-stage software and ecommerce companies.
